A Soft Place to Land
By : Maggie Hamilton

ISBN:
9780670028801

A Soft Place to Land is a collection of very short and succinct tips on essentially - making your life easier and more enjoyable. I would describe each ‘piece’ as a life lesson. Presented beautifully, with just the things you really need to know (with no waffle) Maggie has included a life experience with each story to demonstrate how we can get into and stay with the flow. Covering a wide range of topics, some of the ‘life-changing moments of wisdom and grace’ I enjoyed were ‘An unexpected kindness’, ‘Everyday miracles’, ‘When life is a poem’, ‘Talking plants’, ‘Living potential’, and ‘One degree of separation’. I also liked the praise given by one of Maggie’s admirer’s at the front of the book. ”…There’s often a sense that to access the divine you have to deprive yourself, but I really love the way Maggie encourages you to embrace your life in its totality, to look for the divine in every sphere’.  This book will appeal to all agegroups.
