AN INSIGHT INTO CELLULAR TECHNOLOGY
In this feature we look at the integrity of cells. For example, what is nanotechnology and how is this technology being used in our foods in Australia? Read about Dr Bruce Lipton, the internationally recognized authority on Epigenetics and former conventional scientist, whose life has been transformed since discovering that cell membranes are controlled by signals from the ‘environment’ - not from DNA as previously believed. David Kupfer interviews Dr Jill Bolte Taylor, a Harvard-trained and published neuroanatomist who had a serious stroke that traumatized the left hemisphere of her brain. Find out how she survived and what she discovered about her left and right brain.

Staying healthy
Health Practitioners all agree that if we started off with following the simple rules of: A – an Apple a day, B – Breathe deeply, C – Chew our food, D – Drink more water and E – Exercise more regularly, we would all be much more healthy. It certainly is a good start, and as the law of attraction will have it, once you start on these simple healthy habits, other healthy habits will follow.

Be the change you want to see in the world
With so much information in this technology-rich era, how do we know what is the right thing to do? Do we listen to the radio show with the Christian talk show host? Do we follow what our parents have taught us? Do we allow our friends and neighbours to tell us what to do and how we should be?
This issue is now SOLD OUT. However, a .pdf of this magazine is available at EBooks.
