This is one of the most powerful, real,
relevant, and thought-provoking books I have picked up for some
time. Originally from Germany, Jost tells his story of being a drug
addict which is interspersed with analyses of each drug (including
marijuana, mescaline, cocaine, heroine, speed and ecstasy) from a
Traditional Chinese Medicine and Energetic medicine perspective. It
is truly a fascinating read and one of those “just couldn’t put it
down” books. The use of case studies further enhances the book’s
readability, as the reader goes on a journey with the author from
drugs to depression, and destruction to redemption. "Very highly
recommended".
