Putting together each issue of The Art of Healing magazine is always exciting – and a challenge, and this issue has been no exception. I have been particularly struck over the last few months with computer problems which is frustrating, sometimes quite scary, and a lesson in tolerance – I know a few of you will relate to this! But I have found researching articles for our feature on Sustaining Mental Wellness in this issue to be really interesting, as there is so much new information now on the functioning of the brain, along with different and new approaches to how the body functions as a whole eg. mind-body medicine. I am already getting excited about researching the feature in our next issue which will be focusing on cellular technology and cellular health.

| Welcome to The Art of Healing website
The purpose of The Art of Healing is
to INFORM and EDUCATE our readers about health and healing
alternatives, complementary medicine and natural therapies. In each issue, The
Art of Healing reports
on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and
environmental aspects of wellbeing. The Art of Healing seeks
to provide a balanced presentation of these aspects in support
of a holistic approach, and sees complementary healthcare
and integrative medicine as the way of the future.
