Seeds for Change is a really interesting CD, and was a pleasure to review. Produced at a time when the world is going through so much change, Seeds for Change has been purposefully designed for listeners to experience personal and global transformation as they go through guided meditations and visualisations.  Envisioning balance or healing in the world, sending out love to others, and releasing unwanted emotional energy and old ways of existing are further important themes on the CD. Robyn also recommends drawing, meditating or walking through the stories to fully realise the desired images and experiences.
