Description

FEATURE: Energy Healing (please use middle image from p.32 from The Daoist Law of the Five Elements)

The Daoist Law of the Five Elements
In the ancient Chinese system of the Law of the Five Elemts or Five Phases, there lies hidden the simple yet profound lessons to be learned for harmonizing our emotional and mental states of awareness. The Five Elements found in nature – water, wood, fire, earth, and metal – are mirrored in our internal organ system. Simply by familiarizing ourselves with the five phases, we can be ever-present and mindfully aware of our emotional landscape, and transform its potential for chaos into a tapestry of harmony and balance.
