Laughter for Wellbeing

This week Cate talks with Ros Ben-Moshe who is a Positivity Resilience and Wellness Coach, Author and Director of LaughLife Wellbeing Programs, along with being a leading provider of laughter wellness, positivity and mindfulness programs. She is also Adjunct lecturer at the School of Public Health and Psychology at La Trobe University and coordinator of a world first Laughter, Resilience and Wellbeing online short course for professionals. Ros is also author of the book “Laughing At Cancer – How To Heal With Love, Laughter and Mindfulness, part memoir and part healing guide, written following her shock diagnosis of bowel cancer. Ros is presently working on her next book documenting laughter’s effect on mind, body and spirit.
