What’s on my mind as I write this is change and adaptation. The hardest things for us humans, is we just love our routines and habits and retaining the status quo. We can sometimes tend to fight a bit against change. So I try to ‘go with the flow’ (my mantra) and embrace change, but gee, it has to be one of the hardest things. So I find if I view change as a challenge it helps. And increasingly, as I get older and look back, it is like you have lots of different lives within the one life.
