    PHYSICAL HEALING

    Talking Tongues
Is your tongue trying to tell you something? The tongue doesn’t lie explains Rama, who has been examining tongues for decades, finding they clearly reflect one’s health and habits.
    Rama Prasad

    PHYSICAL HEALING

Shirley is both a medical doctor and neurophysiologist specialising in the field of yoga. She’s also the world’s most prominent yoga researcher with over one hundred published articles to her name.
    Despina Rosales

    PHYSICAL HEALING

    Yoga and Breast Cancer
”Tell your students that yoga will enable them to maintain positivity, and allow them to deal with what comes up without fear.” Annette shares her insights from teaching yoga to women in various stages of breast cancer.
    Annette Loudon

    EMOTIONAL HEALING

    Developing Self-Confidence
Socially we pass confidence off as the ability to stand up and talk or sing. However whilst this does take confidence, it is the kind that relies on not being rejected or humiliated. When confidence is thought of in this context, we lose the true meaning and therefore the importance of self-confidence.
    Anne Matheson

    MENTAL HEALING

Change your negative thoughts and you will soar
Many people underestimate the power of thoughts whether they are negative or positive, and whether they are supporting or creating damage. Whatever you have been through in your life you are able to empower yourself to change your life by changing your thoughts.
    Amanda Nasif

    PHYSICAL HEALING

    Corporate Wellness
A recent study performed by The Australia Institute has identified that 50% of Australian employees are suffering from overwork and time pressure, which is preventing them from keeping healthy and spending time with their families.
    Danni Hocking

    MENTAL HEALING

    Creating Change in our Lives
Many of us would like to change something – to improve our ‘wellness’, whether it be improvements in fitness, eating habits, weight control, stress management or other health behaviour. However, while we know WHAT to do, we struggle with the HOW.
    Fiona Cosgrove

    EMOTIONAL HEALING

    Horses Helping Humans Heal
Horses have always been strong in our collective consciousness. They have long been associated with myth and magic, representing power, stamina, strength and freedom. It is not surprising then that in this new age of awareness, horses have been heralded as messengers.
    Cheryl Cruttenden

    SPIRITUAL HEALING

Clouds of Change – Photographic Feature
Tawhirimatea is the god of the winds on one level, but on another he represents change or rather the winds of change which blow through our lives. At the time I made these images, my life was undergoing abrupt and significant change. It was only when I made them and reflected upon them, that I saw how they mirrored quite clearly the way in which I was being reshaped and how I was transiting from one life to another. Then I began to understand.
    Tony Bridge

    CULTURAL HEALING

    The Creation of Truth
What is our inner truth – is it belief in what we are being told, or telling what we believe? Since time began Aboriginal people have known the truth of our existence – we know what each of us believes is individual and unique, yet is still our truth. Where does such wisdom originate from, and why does it form the basis of our very existence?
    Mel Brown

    MY STORY

My grandparents settled in Manchester (UK) after leaving Russia and Lithuania to escape the pogroms – the state-organised Jewish massacres. Dad served in the tank division during WWII and became a teacher after he was demobbed. Before her marriage, Mum was a fashion buyer for a top department store and served in the WAAF (Women’s Zuxiliary Air Force). She was also a clairvoyant, attended spiritualist meetings, and was a devotee of ‘nature-care’.
    Liora Claff
